Eddie runs Westside Bath* in New Jersey. His company provides bathroom refinishing and tile reglazing services. Eddie partnered with us to improve the performance of his Google advertising campaigns.
Keyword Enhancements
We identified several less competitive but high trafficked search terms in his geographic area and added them to his campaigns. We also paused multiple non-converting keywords that were not performing in his campaign.
Campaign Improvements
We added audience at observation level to the campaign and also introduced performance max at the campaign level. Both helped increase conversions on his best performing keywords.
Improved Response Time
As Eddie was one of the workers in his business, it often took him a while to respond to incoming leads. In his highly competitive industry, this meant his customers often already heard back from his competitors before he responded to them. By helping him set up priority filters in his phone and email, his response time drastically improved for future leads.
Results
In the first month after taking over Eddie's campaigns, his monthly conversions increased by 39% from 41 to 57. His incoming number of phone calls also increased by 10%.
The increase in conversions wasn't achieved at the expense of addition ad spend either. In fact, his cost per conversion actually dropped by 67% from $88.61 to $59.68 in the first month.
